Hello
Everyone and Happy New Year!!
All of us here at One Reason Ministries are excited about 2011 and we pray you are also. God provided a new job for me late in 2010 and things are going well. One major difference is I have to drive 1 hour each way to and from work. Just pray that God keeps me safe in my daily travels.
We sure are looking forward to the ministry opportunities in 2011. We request your prayers for us to be able to sale the ministry bus. With us ministering in Florida and Georgia primarily, we do not have the need for the bus as we have in the past and we need to eliminate this expense as well. The bus is really in great mechanical shape and will make a great bus for someone.
We are working on scheduling our calendar for 2011 and hope to see you soon in a service near you. If you would like to discuss booking our family ministry, please contact Brian at 863-602-3663 to discuss potential dates for your service. We thank you for your prayers and support and may God bless you and your family.
In his Love,
Brian Bracey & One Reason

Hello
Everyone,
It has been a great summer of ministry opportunities and time with my family. My wife, Pam, and I were talking a few days ago about how quickly our children are growing up. Easton is now 14, Layton is 11 and believe it or not Brila is already 3. Wow!! We were able to take 3 weeks this summer and spend quality time with our kids. What a blessing children are! I love to make memories with my family. I personally reflect on the memories we have made over the years often. I thank God for the memories he has allowed in my life!
Now that the kids have gotten back into the school routine, our home church, Bethel Baptist Church, Lakeland, Fl, has kicked off the 2010 and 2011 AWANA year. I am serving as Commander for this ministry and it is such a blessing. It is awesome to see God's people come together to volunteer in this ministry. We are reaching out the children and their families in our community to build relationships and share the great news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our first week, we had 94 children and volunteers register in the ministry. Praise God!! Please pray for this ministry and all children ministries across the country. Pray that we may reach the young generation with the Gospel.
Well, the ministry of Brian Bracey & One Reason has been praying for more opportunities to serve the Lord this year. My job outside of ministry this year has not allowed for the travel schedule we have maintained over the past 6 years. With that said, we are praying for more ministry opportunities in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. I pray you will share our ministry with everyone you know and consider our family for your church service or ministry event in your community. Please visit our website at www.onereason.net to learn more about our ministry and our family. If you would like to speak to Brian regarding your church service or ministry event please call 863-602-3663
Thank you for your prayers and support over the years!!! We pray for God to bless you and your family!

Hello
Everyone,
Its
hard to believe it is already summer time. We are going to be ministering in Florida and North Carolina
this month. Please pray for God to
bless the services and that we would follow his guidance to lead people to him.
We will be ministering at a childrens home and that is always very special for
us. It is really great to see our
kids making new friends with the children at the childrens home and seeing how
god uses them and at the same time teaches them about life and his work.
We
are also going to get the opportunity to spend time with friends from
Mississippi this month all the way up in Wisconsin. It is great to spend time with friends we do not get to see
very often. It is also great to
spend time with other believers in Christ. This will be a great time of relaxing and getting a mid year
refreshment.
Easton
was able to get his cast off of his leg in May and he was very grateful to have
his leg back. He is now working to
rebuild the muscle in his leg and stretching his muscles and tendons along the
way to get back into good working condition. God allowed him not to damage any growth plates so he should
heal completely.
I
wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know that we are in the process
of selling our bus. If you know of
anyone who is interest in a tour coach please have them contact Brian Bracey at
863-602-3663 for details.
We
are praying that God is going to open more doors here in our home state of
Florida to share the gospel through music. Our ministry has traveled outside of Florida the majority of
the time. However, my job outside
of ministry is requiring me to be at home and in the office more often. As a result, God has placed us into a
new season in this ministry and you can help. If you or your church would like to learn more about our
ministry, please visit our website at www.onereason.net.
To schedule our ministry you can
call Brian Bracey at 863-602-3663.
We hope that you will pray along with us that God will open more doors
than we can imagine.
Hey,
July is coming soon and we want to make sure you dont forget the Gospel Post
Convention and Fan Awards on July 17th at 6pm. It will be a great night of Gospel Music. If you are for the awards that will be
given out, we greatly appreciate your consideration for our family and our
ministry for these awards. We pray
you will come to the event and enjoy what God has in store for you.
Well,
it is time for me to go for now.
Thanks for all your prayers and financial support for our family and our
ministry. We look forward to
seeing you all soon.
God
Bless,
Brian

Hello
Everyone,
I
pray this article finds you all doing well. What a difference a month makes in our weather. It seems as if we went from winter
straight to summer. It has been
great to see Gods plant creations coming back to life. Unfortunately, that means POLLEN! The older I get the more problems I
have with pollen. Oh well, thats
my life and I thank God for all his blessing every day. God is so Great!!!
Its
been a month now since my son, Easton, had his ATV accident. He is healing well. He was in a full leg cast for over four
weeks and he now has a short leg cast for another 4 weeks. The x-rays showed that everything was
healing great. Praise God!
Our
ministry opportunities have been down recently compared to past years and this
will continue into May. However as I look back at our month and
think about May, I can see that God already knew about the accident Easton was
going to have and he made a way for our family to be home during Easton healing
time. I must say God does really
work in all areas of our lives. Thank you Lord Jesus for all your Blessings!
With
that said, we are truly praying that God will pick up our ministry
opportunities during the summer months.
If your church is looking for a ministry such as ours to serve with them
in service or in a ministry outreach in their community please call Brian at
863-602-3663 and also visit our website, www.onereason.net
, to view information about our ministry and see our upcoming schedule. If you are someone that works to
schedule events in your community, please contact us as well. We are a family ministry seeking to
serve God when and where he calls our family.
By
the way, dont forget to come and be apart on the Gospel Post Convention and
Fan Awards again this year in Bell, Fl on July 17th. This is a great night of Ministry, Gospel Music, and
Fellowship. You can also vote for your
favorite groups, singers, and musicians.
You may vote for our family in several of the categories. Easton Bracey is in the ballot for
Sound Technician of the year, Layton Bracey is in the ballot for Drummer of the
year, and Brian Bracey is in the ballot for Soloist of the year and
Instrumentalist of the year.. We
appreciate your consideration.
It
time to go for now. We thank you
always for your prayers and your financial support. We pray that God will bless your individual lives and your
family. See you soon!

Hello
Everyone,
A
lot has sure happened since my article last month. I turned 42 on March 4th and my family fixed me a nice
breakfast and dinner at home that day and we had a strawberry ice cream cake
for dessert. It was delicious!!!
On
March 5th we had our 5th annual homecoming event in Lakeland, Fl. The Shaffer Band was great and pastor
Robert Roberts delivered Gods word.
I know of 5 decisions that were made that night for Christ. That is why we do all that we do!! The kids from Future Hope, which is our
home school association, reached out to support Lighthouse Ministries through a
benefit dinner prior to the concert. They served approximately 165 dinners and
raised $900.00 that evening for Lighthouse Ministries. They did such a great job!!! The money raised was present to Steve
Turbeville, Director of Lighthouse Ministries. Steve proceeded to share that the tour he and I had over the
summer months in 2009 raised over $20,000 for the ministry. Praise God!!
Just
a few days later on March 8th, God truly protected and blessed our family. Our oldest son Easton had an ATV
accident and hit our parked bus.
After getting him off the ATV, which was stuck under the front bumper of
the bus, he was driven by ambulance to the hospital. The tests showed he broke both bones in the lower part of
his left leg and that he had a concussion. Thinking of all the scenarios that could have happen, God
allow Easton to have the scenario with the fewest injuries. You would have had to be there to
understand all that I mean. I know
one thing for sure and that is the angels of the Lord were there in that very
moment to protect Easton from serious injury. Praise the Lord!! And our family just wants to take this
time to say thank you Jesus for your blessings. Easton was able to come home after a 24 hour stay in the
hospital. Easton and Layton both learned a lesson that day. Things in life
happen very fast and the decisions we make can lead to very difficult
circumstances. This could be related to driving a car or any other vehicle or
maybe a decision we make in life that is not what God would want us to do. What ever the case, we will face
consequences for our actions.
By
the way, I forgot to mention that we did go on our ski trip and had a blessed
time. We were able to get away
with family and friends and have a great time of fellowship and exercise. Did I mention that it was cold and we
had a lot of snow? It was 5
degrees at the top where our resort was and 9 degrees at the base. The wind was
blowing 20 to 40 MPH and snow was falling everyday. Thus the wind chill was
below zero. We will try to get
some new photos on the website gallery soon.
If
you would like to schedule our ministry, see our schedule, view the photo
gallery, or just surf our website go to www.onereason.net. Check it out!!! We hope to see you soon
in a concert near you. Thank you
again for all your prayers and financial support. We love you, but most of all want you to know that God Loves
You!!

Hello
friends,
It
has been a very busy 2 months for our family and our ministry. In September we
ministered in 7 different states and finished the month in Indiana at Angola
Christian Church and the Woodburn Christian Children.s Home. God was so amazing
in those services. The morning started at Angola Christian Church and God
touched the lives of many including me in that services. It is amazing to watch
the Holy Spirit work. Just a few songs from the end of the service God got a
hold of me and tears began to flow. I shared about the importance of family and
how the family unit is under attack in the day we live. We must stand firm on
the word of God and take a stand for marriage being between one man and one
woman and no other way. During the invitation, many came forward to spend time
with the Lord at the altar.
Later
that afternoon, we performed at the Woodburn Christian Children.s Home Annual
Meeting. During this meeting over $30M dollars was raised for the children's
home to meeting their operating expenses. What a blessing this was for the
home. It has been a difficult year financially and they had to borrower money
to meet expenses. The gifts will allow them to pay the debt off and have funds
for operations. In the month of September, they added 11 new children to the
family and they are now at full capacity. They can use your support as they are
completely independently funded. This allows them to teach all the children
that come to their home about God without the government interfering. If you
would like to learn more about how you can support this ministry please contact
my ministry office at 863-858-1604.
On
November 18, 2008, we are performing for a benefit concert in Lakeland, Florida
for Lighthouse Ministries at the Polk Theater. This is going to be an awesome
event. An offering will be received at the event to support Lighthouse
Ministries. I truly believe in this ministry as they minister to people who are
going through hardships in their lives. They provide shelter, food, Christ
centered education, childcare, and many other services through this great
ministry. So come and be apart of this great evening.
Well,
its time to close. Thank you so much for your prayers and financial support. We
look forward to seeing you soon in a service near you. Please visit our website
at www.onereason.net
and view our schedule to see when we are near you. May God Bless You!!!

Another Great Homecoming!!
Hello
everyone,
I
pray you are all doing well. Our 3rd Annual Brian Bracey & One Reason
Homecoming was a blessing to many. The weather was rough that evening with
Tornado Watches and Warnings, but the Lord blessed the hearts of those who attended
and those who shared their ministry. I had many come to me days later saying
what a blessing the night was for them and shared the many moments God really
spoke to them. That is what our homecoming is about, ministering to people. We
were blessed to have gotten the evening in, as within an hour of the last word
spoken, the power went out!! God Is Great!!! Watch out for next year's
homecoming to see who all will be there!
I am now another year older and I know you won't believe it but, Lordy, Lordy I'm
Forty. My wife and kids surprised me with a 40th Birthday Party. They really
surprised me. I had no idea what they were doing. It was great because my wife
was able to contact friends that we have not seen in years and they came to the
party. We had nearly 40 people in our home! It was a really good time. I want
to thank my wife, 2 boys and baby girl for all their hard work to put this
together and everyone else that played a part in keeping this a secret. All I
can say is good job!
It's hard to believe, but it is getting close to this year's Gospel Post
Convention and Fan Awards. We truly love this event and thank you fans for
awarding me with three fan awards over the years. I again appreciate your votes
for Soloist of the year and also thank you for your votes for my son, Easton,
for sound technician of the year. Please make sure you get your gospel post and
place your votes for this year's convention.
In addition to the gospel post awards, it is time for folks to place their
nominations for the 2008 Diamond Awards, which will be awarded again this year
during the National Quartet Convention. You can make your nominations for all
of your favorite artist in Southern Gospel Music by going to www.diamondawardsonline.com.
Make only one nomination per category listed. The categories I can be nominated
for are Soloist of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Instrumentalist of the
Year, Artist Website, and Sunrise Award. You must cast your nominations by March
29, 2008. I thank you for your nominations. I pray that God will use the
nominations to open additional ministry opportunities for our family. We give
God all the Glory and pray that he hides us behind the cross so only he will be
seen.
I almost forgot to tell you about our annual ski trip we took back in January.
We had a really great time with friends and family from many different states.
We had 30 that went on the trip this year to Beech Mountain, North Carolina. We
had great weather and great skiing conditions. And best of all no injuries!!!
You can see pictures from the trip on our gallery page of the website. Go to www.onereason.net . This is a great page
if you like to see me and the family serving the Lord and on vacation or just
having a good time.
Well,
I guess its time to go for now. We look forward to seeing you real soon in a
service near you. Please contact us for ministry opportunities by calling
863-602-3663. May God bless you and your family.

Hello
Everybody,
It
has been a busy month. We started out with an awesome opportunity to
ministry and be apart of a day of financial benefit to the Woodburn Christian
Childrens Home in Woodburn, In. The kids and house parents are all so
special to us. They bless us probably more than we could begin to bless
them. They truly show us what sacrifice all about. On that
Saturday of Labor Day Weekend, the Benefit Auction and Concert raised approximately
$25,000.00. What a blessing. You see, this childrens home is
completely privately funded. This means they accept no government money
which allows them to raise the children under Gods principals and not
government rules and regulations. That is special for the kids. I
look forward to this benefit every year. After serving in northern
Indiana and Michigan on Sunday we drove 22 hours straight home. However,
the last hour of the drive we found out that my wifes grandmother passed away
in North Carolina. After being home a day, the funeral arrangements were
made and all of my family including our new little girl and my mom and dad
loaded up and left for North Carolina where we would take part in Nancy Pratts
Home Going Celebration. We left on Friday to head to Indiana again where
we shared the love of Christ in three different cities. During this
weekend, many prayed during the alter call and one precious soul come to know
Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Praise God!! Monday –
Saturday of the next week we were in Louisville, Ky at the National Quartet
Convention where I was able to share our ministry in four different
venues. I also attended and performed at the Diamond Awards where I was
nominated for Sunrise Artist of the Year. I did not win the award, but I
consider it as being blessed just being apart of the top 5. If it is
Gods will, we may be winners one day. But for now, I must say we have
been given great exposure for our ministry and given a chance to share what God
has called me and my family to do. We left the convention on Saturday
afternoon and made our way to south Georgia where we shared Christ before
heading home. My family and I thank God for his protection on us as we
traveled and for keeping us all health. Especially, little Brila as she
traveled on her first 14 day ministry trip.
Well,
we still have a lot of ministry opportunities that remain in the final months
of 2007. We ask that you continue to pray for us throughout the rest of
2007 as God keeps us busy doing his work.
I
want to remind everyone that our new CD titled This Is Love is now
available. You can contact our ministry office at 863-858-1604 or send me
an email at brian@onereason.net
to order your CD or come see us in concert near you. It is not available
yet on our website, but it will be in the near future. We are now try to
finish our schedule for the isolated dates we have available for 2007 and also
scheduling for 2008. If you would like to schedule our ministry please
contact my ministry office or email me as mentioned above. To check on
available dates please visit our website at www.onereason.net.
My
family and I thank you very much for your prayer and financial support.
Without you we could not minister to this world as God has called us to
do. If you feel God is calling you to financially support our ministry in
a greater way please contact us. We could not survive without you.
May
God richly bless you and your family!!!

She Is Here!!
We were released from the hospital
Saturday evening close to 9:00pm. It really seemed funny leaving the hospital
that late, but that is how they do it. We were looking forward to getting
home as Pam, the boys and I had been working hard to keep the house in pretty
good shape for the day we could bring Brila home. Pam really planned ahead to
make sure she shopped and filled our freezer with food and began meal
preparations so we would not have to work so hard for a couple of weeks to
get meals ready for the family. Upon our arrival at home close to 9:30pm, I
opened the garage door so I could go turn on the lights. I did not like what
I saw. WATER!! I followed the trail and it lead to the recently stocked
freezer. You have probably guessed it. Everything was spoiled as the freezer
defrosted. What a mess!! My Brother In Law and I cleaned that up as everyone
else went in the house to get Brila settled. We went from having enough food
to last us a couple of weeks to nothing. Our plans were being changed!! As my
Brother in Law and I were working, I told him I was glad I was saved. Before
I was saved I would have probably done many things I would have regretted out
of frustration. However, being saved helped me to handle the situation in a
different manner. Dont get me wrong, I was upset. We lost a lot of money from
it and it was an inconvience. God had a plan out of this situation. By the
next night, God provide other Christian Brothers and Sisters to contact us
about providing meals for our family during this time. God is Great!!!
Everything happens for a reason. God was using this to bring out spiritual
gifts and talents of fellow Brother and Sisters in Christ.
Brian Bracey Thank You All Brian

For the Diamond Awards Hello From Brian Bracey & One Reason We want to thank all of our sponsors
that supported our Second Annual Homecoming on March 9th. Without them this
event could not be possible. It was an awesome night of worship. Karen Peck
& New River, Randy Miller and Sounds of Victory were all a blessing to
the people who attend this event. The best part of the night was the
decisions made by people who attended to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.
That is what its all about!!! If you missed the Homecoming, please look out
for details about next year as you will want to make your plans to attend.
